Just received the final report from our accounting firm Dewey Cheatam and Howe (DCH). DCH reports that there were no irregularities in our books. Revenues have dropped off by about 3% over the last year. Most of this is attributable to increased fuel prices for consumers, but they note that reduced gasoline prices should help the bottom line going forward. DCH noted that the fuel price affected our California operations the most but no blame should be ascribed to the management of the PI(Yosemite). With the return to Watkins Glen in the fall of this year we expect the PI(NE) to show an uptick in revenue,
Construction of the new PHOENIX INN (SE) near Barber Motorsports Park will position us to provide VIP service to not only Barber but also Sebring and Road Atlanta for sports car racing fans. The PI corporate jet will be available for transportation to the latter two locations.
We are scouting locations in the Midwest for a future PHOENIX INN convenient to both Road America and Gateway. Expect an announcement by late summer.
All in all; it was a most satisfying report.Expect your new McLaren's right around Christmas-time.GM

They obviously didn't audit the Southern hospitality suite. Been spending up large on the bolt hole should your elections go awry...

Like we are fond of saying here, Kiwi: Vote early and vote often.

Or, as Joe Stalin famously said, "The people who cast the votes decide nothing. The people who count the votes decide everything."
